Refund Policy

At DreamHer, we are committed to delivering high-quality, empowering experiences for all participants. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while respecting the preparation required for our programs.

Workshops & Programs

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 7–13 days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable, as materials and planning are already underway.

Custom Bookings

Custom bookings and private group sessions are subject to separate agreements. Refunds for these will follow the terms outlined in your individual contract or booking confirmation.

No-Shows

Refunds are not provided for no-shows or failure to attend without notice.
